Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) msk88 Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

All transactions on the msk88 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). msk88 supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Visa/Mastercard, and FPX Online Banking. The minimum deposit amount is RM 20. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.

Players may not deposit funds on behalf of another person. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. msk88 reserves the right to return deposits originating from unverified or third-party payment sources and to close the relevant Account.
msk88 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback, or reload offers. All such offers are subject to specific terms applicable to that promotion, including but not limited to minimum odds restrictions, game eligibility, wagering requirements, and expiry periods. These specific promotion terms are published at the time of the offer and form part of these Terms by incorporation.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 10× the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be processed. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 days of bonus credit; any unfulfilled Bonus Funds will expire automatically on the 30th day. msk88 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice where abuse or system exploitation is detected.
All Wagers placed on the msk88 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product (sportsbook, live casino, slots, poker, or lottery), as published in the msk88 help centre. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that product only.
msk88 reserves the right to void any Wager placed in error, as a result of a system error, or at odds or stakes that are manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error. Where a Wager is voided, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Wallet without interest. msk88's decision in respect of void Wagers is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the msk88 Platform:
Where msk88 determines that a Player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the Account, void all affected Wagers, and forfeit any remaining balance. msk88 may also report such activity to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.
All content on the msk88 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and data — is the exclusive property of msk88 or its licensed studio and content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any msk88 content without express prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Laws, msk88 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the msk88 Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions. msk88's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to their msk88 Account in the 12 months preceding the claim.
msk88 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
msk88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without notice, where: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) required by a regulatory authority; (c) the Account has been inactive for more than 12 months; or (d) in the opinion of msk88, continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
Where an Account is terminated for reasons unrelated to a breach by the Player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, less any applicable transaction fees, within 10 business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which msk88 holds its international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through msk88's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.
msk88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
